Full-time job:

Developer works for a customer remotely, 8 hours per day on weekdays. Tasks for developers are usually set through a tracking system used by other project participants. A customer coordinates with developer the approximate time limits, needed to perform tasks. In case of absence of project manager, he supervises their implementation himself.

Part-time job:

Developer works remotely for a customer, being online during working hours from Monday to Friday. His employment on project is determined by tasks set by a customer. As a rule, such developer is occupied with several projects at a time.

Teamwork:

Work on a project with a team of developers usually divided into the following parts:

Preparation of technical specifications by business analyst.
Layout drawing by designer.
HTML-coding.
Programming. Teamlead programmer sets individual tasks for every programmer, negotiates deadlines, monitors the implementation of work, checks the source code. All correspondence between team members is being fixed in tracking system.
Project testing.
